Today my guest is The Nourishing Baker. Sharna’s has written a fantastic e-book highlighting wonderful deserts that satisfy your sweet tooth with natural healthy ingredients. No animal products, no gluten or refined sugar.
This video highlights Sharna’s raw chocolate brownie recipe:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 6 Medjool dates
- ¼ cup of Cacao powder
- ¼ cup of Coconut flower
- 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- Line a brownie tin with baking paper
- Pour in a food processor the avocado, dates, cacao, coconut flower and sweetener
- Press into a tray and set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
This is the first time I tried The Nourishing Bakers “Raw Chocolate Brownie” and I must say I loved it! I can’t believe that this tastes so much like a brownie you would find in a store but natural and healthy! I recommend this recipe as a great option when you get a sweet tooth! I look forward to trying many more of the Nourishing Bakers recipes!
