Tangy Raw Lemon Slice:
1/2 cup Almond Meal
1/4 cup Shredded coconut
4 Madjool dates
1-2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1/2 zest of lemon
pinch of salt
On a bowl, blend the dates, almond meal
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and coconut
Press into balls, it is read!
